· Handling customer support requests by delivering appropriate solutions within the expected time limits. Maintain a friendly and positive attitude towards clients. Ensuring follow up with clients to confirm resolution.
· Ability to clearly explain technical issues with a sufficient level of detail.
· Understanding that everything we communicate to our client makes a difference in making the client happy.
