• Having knowledge in working with Multi-Location Recruitment, Building Strong Referral Networks, Resourcing and Screening.
• Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments. Strong Internet and database sourcing, passive recruiting, cold calling, networking and referrals, negotiating and closing skills.
• Excellent decision making skills with a positive approach.
• Proficient at learning new concepts quickly, working well under pressure and communicating ideas clearly and effectively.
• Strong verbal as well as written communication skills.
