Job Description
Taking ownership of Trading platform connectivity or maintenance issues and getting it followed
till resolution from vendors or internal teams.
Monitoring, diagnosing and reporting issues to vendors to resolve.
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate
internal team or vendors
Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
Automate manual process by writing automation scripts
Make documentation and SOPs for troubleshooting and other workflow used in trading
Requirements
Education:
BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
Experience:
1-4 years of experience in Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk
