Minimum 3 years of experience as IT business analyst. Previous experience as a software developer would be plus.

Must to have good analytical & problem solving skills.

Good communication skills.

Should have a basic knowledge about sql/oracle scripting.

Should have knowledge about agile framework.

Experience with requirement analysis & Preparing approach documents

Experience in performing UAT & managing user acceptance testing

Basics of banking domain

Creating flow chart and process documentation
