As a flexible Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for building solid relationships both internally and externally. You will be expected to work to and maintain a sound level of specialist/technical expertise in best practice recruitment services, process improvement and governance, compliance and legislative adherence.
During your first few weeks as Talent Acquistion Partner – IT, you can expect to take on some of the following responsibilities:
Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to create diverse IT Talent Pools to meet current and future hiring needs
Managing the end to end talent acquisition process through continuous feedback to Hiring Managers and candidates
Analysing and consulting with Hiring Teams on geographical and industry talent trends to support TA activities
Monitoring and maintaining both external and internal job vacancies
To succeed in this Talent Acquisition Partner role, you will need extensive experience of working with an in-house recruitment function responsible for Senior Management and support hiring for IT professionals, ideally with a BPO background. We are looking for someone with at least 6 years of Talent Acquisition IT experience and excellent working knowledge of relevant legislation. Additional requirements include:
Proven working knowledge of conducting candidate search activities, engagements and positioning of career opportunities
Great stakeholder management skills
Experience using psychometric assessments as part of the selection process
Solid time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
