Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Experience in IT Sales- Specifically in IT Hardware’s, Cloud Solutions, Annual Maintenance Contracts, Software As a Services etc.
Should have working experience in Client Acquisition, Corporate Sales and Business Development Executive role for different industries, looking for B2B sales experience.
Researching and identifying sales opportunity generating leads, target identification and classification.
Reaching out to new clients and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services.
Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs.
Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients.
Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence.
Help team created unique and effects sales pitches, write professional proposals and manage CRM, able to make cold calls.
Expected to maintain the utmost confidentiality in regard to the business of the Company.
Experience in working on pre-sales & post-sales parts with extensive experience in working on several portals.
Required to work with Integrity and Productively for the growth and success of the Company.
Research and develop strategies and plans which identify new marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development
Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts and coordinate the management of all other accounts
Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
Should have excellent communication, social, and organizational skills
Implement effective promotional strategies trained a high-performance sales team and helped boost corporate image
Execute in an intense, fast-paced, and highly iterative environment – Should know how to get sales via portals, Digital fields, etc.
Responsible for Preparing Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Sales Reports and annual Sales & Marketing Plans
Incumbent should develop new customers / area and manage existing customers.
Achieving Sales Targets through team of Sales Executives ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES ( Essential Attributes : .
Your job as a business development manager is to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
People with high energy level and positive attitude, shall be able to cover the market and communicate with decision makers to bring profitable business to the organization.
Should be able to monitor and check and payments due and other allied activities as per terms accepted.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be from IT Background or Should have experience in B2B sales & marketing.
Incumbent should be willing to travel extensively.
Should Have Minimum Experience Of 0-3 years.
Excellent inter personal and communications skills with flair in client handling / relationship interfacing.
Excellent Communication Skills( oral and written).
Should have experience in forwarding sales.
Ensure timely collections from clients within credit period–.
Qualifications : Graduate / PG/ MBA / BCA / Btech.
