Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field
10+ years of experience in analysis, design, development and deployment of large-scale IT projects
Strong working knowledge in leading the support and maintenance organization using ITIL framework
Skilled knowledge on REST, HTTP, API lead connectivity Any point MQ, JSON, XML, web services, RAML, Postman
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for setting up and monitoring operational standards and processes through ITIL framework to increase the operational efficiency and throughput.
Work independently to coordinate, troubleshoot, solve complex Integration issues
Hands on experience in influx reduction, tech debt reduction
Experience with Security implementations (OAUTH, SSL, SAML)
Proactively manage the system integrations, Test results and defects before support transition
Iteratively develop and improve the Integration documentations
Develop SOPs, KEDB and bring in automations for operational efficiency
Develop strategies and Implement Knowledge Management within API COE
Set up, lead and conduct RCA discussions and closure of Incident, Problem, Change and Service tickets
Drive the support organization with the key KPIs and ensure the SLAs are met
Develop support event calendar, work schedule, program estimates and produce status reports to executives and stake holders
Deep understanding on the CICD, release management (Standard, Normal and Emergency) for API deployments
Proactively work with Vendor product teams on platform maintenance, tech currency maintenance, patches, upgrades
Deep Understanding on Integrations Patterns and Event driven architecture
Understanding if IaaC using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM
Understanding for Containerization (Docker, ContainerD) & Container Orchestration (Kubernetes, swarm, OpenShift)
Compliance Audit Assessment for Cloud & API Services
Hands experience on Deployment & Management of Cloud resources Not limited to vNET, Storage, Virtual Machines, SQLDB
