In this critical role, we will be looking to you to act as Regional Leader, End User Computing Operations, managing highly technical End User Computing team, reporting to group leader and provide guidance, planning, and direction for business unit(s) across the organization that interacts with the team to properly allocate resources and time.
Role Responsibilities
Help in developing and implementing a unified strategy across the team that enables innovation and seeks to promote technology solutions that can advance business effectiveness with reliability and performance.
Effectively collaborate with other functional leaders to help build world-class end-user services.
You will be required to ensure smooth and efficient regional team operations, service level attainment through employee engagement and performance, technology, processes and tools, deliver results against outlined targets (team and personal).
Ensure highest quality support at various employee levels, including WU Executive Team.
Role Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in Technology and 4+ years of leading technology team, related to End User Computing function.
Planning, organizational structure, along with experience partnering with the technology and business leaders to ensure needs are implemented efficiently. Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of End-user related systems (device, software deployment tools, remote management, performance management, tools).
