We are a digital marketing company looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will identify, encourage, Recruit and develop talent by creating policies and overseeing processes. You’ll be in charge of Recruitment and selection process, administrative duties and help to improve the workplace at the same time.
The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.
Roles and Responsibilities-
· To identifying the hiring requirement for a replacement or new position.
· To seek approval from the department executive to open a job requisition for that requirement.
· To strategies the whole recruitment cycle criteria.
· To write an accurate and effective job description to attract the best candidates.
· To Define roles and responsibilities for the hiring team as well as setting expectations for the interview process.
· To post the job and screening incoming resumes.
· To line up interviews and conducting post-interview assessments.
· To own the final hiring decision, pending executive approval, and effectively managing the hiring team throughout the recruiting process.
· To determine details of the position and extending the job offer.
· To improve ties between management and employees by responding to requests, grievances, or other issues.
· To create and keep track of the organization’s overall HR strategies, methods, tactics, and procedures.
· To support present and future company demands through growing, involving, inspiring, and preserving human capital.
· To report to the management and use HR indicators to assist in decision-making.
Required Skills –
· Must have Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in the field of HR or Business Administration
· Must have strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
· Must have ability to plan for and keep track of hiring needs and meet the deadlines.
· Must be familiar with budget planning and human resources, and administrative procedures.
· Must be problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
