We at Whizamet Service are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager, you will ensure that the company’s hiring requirements meet the deadlines, the policies and rules are in line with regulatory and ethical standards both from a human resource and company compliance perspective.

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, recruitment and practices.

Responsibilities –

· Is responsible to look after whole end to end Recruitment cycle (It and Non-IT) and Onboarding of new hires in the organization.

· Is responsible for screening the applicants from different job portals like Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster etc.

· Is responsible to fulfill the hiring requirements by onboarding the suitable candidate within the specific time.

· Is responsible to conduct performance management and provide feedback for employees.

· Is responsible to work with management team to set hiring needs from time to time.

· Is responsible to manage HR records including attendance, employee forms, leaves, applicant logs, employee concerns and employee details.

· Is responsible to manage Company records including regulatory filings and vendor management.

· Is responsible to actively identify areas of process improvement and drive such changes in a timely and effective manner.

· Is responsible for hiring PAN India but the Onsite location will remain Mohali, Punjab.

Qualifications-

· Must have Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in the field of HR or Business Administration

· Must have strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.

· Must have ability to plan for and keep track of hiring needs and meet the deadlines.

· Must be familiar with budget planning and human resources, and administrative procedures.

· Must be problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
