Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage end to end recruitment cycle
Sourcing & pre-screening to identify right talent as per clients need
Coordinating for interview schedules for shortlisted candidates
Pre & post offer follow-ups including salary negotiations, document collection, onboarding(joining) • Maintaining trackers & reports
Manage client SPOCs and client calls
Working on various modes of hiring needs including permanent, RPO, project based hiring
Desired Candidate Profile:
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (must)
Experience in RPO is a must & preferred also.
Understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills
Database management, salary negotiation, candidate nurturance
Working experience in dealing with large IT services, Big4’s, captives/shared centers/Global capability centers, consulting, etc
