Job Description
To Manage strategic sourcing for IT Procurement To handle Capital Purchase globally. Negotiation on day-to-day purchases of Non-IT Capex hardware and Services requirements. Execute end-to-end RFQ/ RFP/ sourcing process. Drive operational excellence and improved performance. Building a process improvement framework through good business analysis and process optimization techniques. Build customer satisfaction through effective Performance and stake holder management Build Synergy with key stake holders to enhance the performance and speed of the process Specifications: Strong understanding of the Source to pay process in captive environment. Good analytical skills Excellent client relationship skills Data driven action orientation, with strong reporting, data analysis, presentation skills, and organizational abilities Knowledge of project and program management desirable Negotiation and communication skills are mandatory Performance management skills Desirable: Candidate from the IT / BPO industry Good knowledge of technology platforms and systems Consensus building skills Specific Competencies: System’s approach High energy/ passion for growth / go-getter Global exposure Excellent communication and Presentation skills Ability to influence multiple internal stakeholders Ability to work in an ambiguous environment Strategic thinking Problem solving
