Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/MIS or equivalent
Minimum 5+ years-of demonstrated experience in a role which is Identity and Access management related.
3+ years in professional services with focus on identity and access management (IAM)
2+ years of auditing and compliance controls experience within Identity and Access management
2+ years experience implementing policies and procedures for disaster recovery planning for on-prem and cloud solutions
Knowledge of Crisis Management, Business Continuity and Event Management practices
Experience working for a global Enterprise company
Experience in CyberArk PAS engineering and operations experience
Experience in Single Sign On engineering and operations experience
Proven knowledge and experience regarding architecting and implementing hybrid Identity infrastructure with multiple AD Forests and Azure AD/Office 365.
Experience with Identity Governance Automation tools
Experience with AD Consolidation, IT infrastructure changes during acquisitions, mergers and divestures.
Experience with tooling responsible for user, group, device, attribute and password synchronization.
Experience managing recovery plan development and maintenance activities to ensure plans are current and compliant
Experience managing the test lifecycle supporting and facilitating testing with infrastructure and applications teams.
Understands and advocates DR Program strategy while executing activities with IT teams.
Able to join and contribute to DR in the cloud transformation efforts.
Comfortable leading discussions and educating business and IT partners in matters concerning DR methodology, practices, roles and responsibilities.
Highly experienced in engaging infrastructure and application teams to collaborate on discussions and requirements for disaster recovery including experience with recovery and system processes
A well-developed understanding of and appreciation for business needs and a commitment to delivering high-quality, prompt, and efficient service to the business
An ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily-understood, authoritative, and actionable manner
Flexible working hours to support a global operation
Understanding of security in cloud environments and a demonstrated understanding of the technical aspects of information security, such as network security, infrastructure security, and application security
Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.
Exceptionally self-motivated with a superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of computer networks, hardware, operating systems, and software including understanding of application and patch development
