Responsibilities:
Provide IAM operations excellence
Participate in the review and design of IAM solutions to ensure appropriate controls are operationalized
Provide operational support and adoption of new IAM solutions
Demonstrate experience engineering and operations of CyberArk PAS technology in a cloud environment
Demonstrate experience engineering and operations of Single Sign On technology in a cloud environment
Participate in projects and initiatives working with other IAM leads, IAM team members, other architectural, development and engineering teams, service owners, and business stakeholders to provide enterprise IAM solutions.
Provide operational requirements to IAM projects and strategic initiatives related to enhancements and evolution of IAM services.
Operational
Participate in the ongoing operations and enhancements of IAM solutions
Participate in the day-to-day operations of the IAM solutions and services
Participate in a globally distributed operational team
Participate in the identification of service improvement opportunities
Participate in design activities and requirement gathering to ensure operational perspective provided
Participate in defining IAM Operations service levels and service metrics
Monitor the Service ticketing system and work with team members to resolve tickets that are out of SLA
Participate in response activities including working with team members on service restoration activities
Participate in root cause analysis and prepare leadership reports on incidents, resolution, and root cause
Participate in planned change and other maintenance activities
Participate in a 24x7x365 on-call
Actively work on incidents raised by business unites and escalation (as needed)
Maintain SLA’s by resolving incidents and service requests in a timely fashion
Develop and maintains documentation of key operational processes
Participate in audits and other compliance assessment activities
Relationship Management
Mentor and develop other IAM team members
Actively engage and build a network with many teams across the globe including:
Global IAM team leads and team members
Global Technology and Infrastructure teams
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/MIS or equivalent
Minimum 5+ years-of demonstrated experience in a role which is Identity and Access management related. 3+ years in professional services with focus on identity and access management (IAM)
Experience working for a global Enterprise company
2+ years of CyberArk PAS engineering and operations experience
2+ years of Single Sign On engineering and operations experience
People management in projects, and direct reports in a matrixed environment
5+ years of hands experience in (automated) conducting provisioning tasks for users, groups and devices.
Proven knowledge and experience regarding architecting and implementing hybrid Identity infrastructure with multiple AD Forests and Azure AD/Office 365.
Experience with Identity Governance Automation tools
Experience with AD Consolidation, IT infrastructure changes during acquisitions, mergers and divestures.
Experience with tooling responsible for user, group, device, attribute and password synchronization.
A well-developed understanding of and appreciation for business needs and a commitment to delivering high-quality, prompt, and efficient service to the business
An ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily-understood, authoritative, and actionable manner

Understanding of security in cloud environments and a demonstrated understanding of the technical aspects of information security, such as network security, infrastructure security, and application security
