Job Description
The IT Major Incident & Critical Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the resolution of critical incidents within the organization’s IT infrastructure. This role involves leading a team of technical experts and stakeholders to ensure that major incidents are resolved promptly and effectively, minimizing the impact on business operations. The Major Incident Manager must possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, acute problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure to meet strict service level agreements (SLAs).
