You are required to have skills in the following areas:

• Define the design principles and UX strategies for all work programs
• Define interaction models, user task flows.and UI specifications
• Manage all forms of requirement gathering, user research, and usability testing.
• Ensuring the best methods are selected for each project and client
• Design and maintain wireframes, visual mockups, and design specifications as needed
• Lead design workshops to discover user requirements and workflows for specific use cases
• Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to stakeholders
• Create UX project deliverables (personas, user journeys, wireframes, app maps, prototypes)
• Create brand guidelines and style guides to supplement prototypes. Update Design Systems where required
• Work closely with Product Owners, Development teams to solve complex scenarios that impact user experience
