Role Description
This full-time on-site Service Manager role is located in Chennai. The Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by supervising the repair and maintenance of products and ensuring timely resolution of complaints. The Service Manager will also be responsible for training, motivating and managing the service efficiency of the team, ensuring quality control, and developing metrics to measure service performance.
