Responsibilities
· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
· Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
· Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
· Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
· Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
· Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
· Understand customer needs and requirements and position solutions as per your company portfolio
· Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
· Payment follow up with the customer after deal closure
· Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and generate interest
· Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
· Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
· Maintain a good relationship with OEMs/Partners with whom you are aligned for business growth
· Weekly Review on Performance
Requirements:
· Proven inside sales experience
· Proficiency in English
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office
· Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
· Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
· Track record of over-achieving quota
· Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
· Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
· Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Strong listening and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· MBA in Sales & Marketing degree or equivalent

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per month
