Your Tasks

Identify, share and assess promising IT trends (products, technologies, methods) to prepare ZF IT to anticipate business needs

Attend trade shows/webinars/trainings to find disruptive and innovative trends. Local and international travel may be required.

Scouting at universities for people or ideas that could position ZF IT to be the catalyst for organizational or process change

Evaluate existing technologies in other industries (i.e. medical, aerospace, high tech) for adaptation to automotive industry processes

Read websites, databases and trade journals to gather in-depth knowledge about disruptive and innovative trends

Share and actively communicate insights and findings in a way that is understandable for anyone unfamiliar with the technology being discussed (e.g. within ZF IT and business innovation depts.) Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree plus 1-5 years’ experience in relevant business/IT field OR equivalent experience

Ability to gather and concisely disseminate large amounts of information.

Highly skilled to create and conduct presentations (incl. PowerPoint) Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English

Ability to analyze complex problems and guide internal partners through technology needs analysis and opportunity assessments

Natural curiosity to discover new technologies and methodologies to imagine what could be possible

Reliable, flexible, self-driven, keen to push things forward .Proven ability to sell idea. Business understanding and strong business orientation
