– Source, and screen qualified candidates for various technical roles
– Create and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job portals, and social media groups.
– Study the market and keep updating the knowledge on new technological trends in order to form strategic conversations with Hiring Managers/Clients on future hiring needs.
– Co-ordinate telephonic/video or in-person interviews
– Should be able to handle salary negotiations independently
– Generate revenue report for recruitment vertical and submit to management
