Zocdoc’s most important asset is our people. As a Financial System Administrator in the
finance department, you’ll play a meaningful role in making sure that the technical issues
of different teams are resolved smoothly on a daily basis and also perform training and
QA/UAT Testing as needed. You will be working closely with the Senior Financial Systems
manager and dynamic finance team to identify ways to streamline, optimize and

improve their day-to-day operations including data migration, data analysis and
reporting

● Go beyond the symptoms of a problem to understand the root causes
Your day to day is…
● Managing daily help desk operations including Tier 1 support, troubleshooting,
escalating and reporting
● Tracking actions and next steps after meetings to ensure timely resolutions to
issues
● Testing and documenting new functionality or resolutions to problems
You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
● An unrelenting desire to solve problems, document findings and continuously
improve processes
● Meaningful (2+ years) experience in working with NetSuite and JIRA (good to have)
● Build sustainable relationships and work cross functionally with different
departments
● Track and prioritize tickets independently to determine right course of action
● Tech savvy who always strives to keep learning new skills and adapt to new
situations
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills including note taking during
meetings
● Humility. You believe in treating all people with dignity and respect, regardless of
title or tenure

Return to Office
