Roles and Responsibilities

• Excellent Communication Skill is Mandatory (written & oral).
• Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment Sourcing & screening potential IT candidates for full time & contract openings Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
• Preferred candidates who they are having minimum of 1 year work experience in domestic recruitment or BPO ( Voice process).
• Be willing to work in night shifts Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
• Responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in recruitment process.
• Experienced in all aspects of full-cycle recruiting to include requirement gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, salary, and extending offers.
• Should be a self-motivator and have the ability to work independently.

• Should possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in Night shift-EST Shift
• Ready to join immediately
• Domestic IT Recruitment/International voice process background.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills,positive attitude.
• Must have strong communication and inter-personal skill.
• Aspirants to have strong communication and comprehension ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From ₹16,000.00 per month
