Coordinate with multiple teams to identify staffing needs and prepare related job description documents
Determine selection criteria for hiring
Source potential candidates through various channels including networking, online portals, contacts etc.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details. Conduct first level assessment via calls
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Manage HR records including, resumes, applicant logs, and employee forms
Issue employment contracts and verify completion
Issue new employees with enrolment documents
Assist in conducting employee orientations and explaining employee benefits
Responding to HR-related queries within the company
Assist in employee engagement activities within the company
