You Will:
· Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from kicking off a new search, job description development, building a robust evaluation strategy, sourcing and closing candidates
·Source and screen the best candidates and then coordinate the interview process, and closing of candidates for assigned roles
·Write/revise and post job descriptions, as needed
·Source high-quality talent through a variety of tactics (example: networking, social media, job boards, etc.)
Demonstrate a commitment to identifying a diverse slate of candidates
