Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of IT services to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage a team of IT professionals, providing leadership and guidance.
• Develop and implement service delivery strategies to meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met and exceeded.
• Monitor and analyze service delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT service management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in ITIL and other service management frameworks.
• Knowledge of IT products and services.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
