· 2-4 years of experience in IT support environment
· Experience in patch management systems and patch automation systems.
· Experience in Incident Management and ticket process.
· Able to work in 24×7 shift environment and working with Global clients.
· Well aware of change request process.
· Experience working in Server health check systems.
· Prior Experience with Microsoft client is preferred.
· Desktop IT support Helpline services.
· Knowledge of remote access applications .
· Understanding of Drivers/Patches/Tools download from OEM web site
· IT infrastructure support Troubleshooting support via phone, email, Remote login or instant messenger
· Cloud services including Office 365
· Website and email hosting Virtual servers, data hosting, and online backup
· 360-degree network security, including malware and antivirus
· Incident Management: Reports for regular incidents.
· Service Management. Reports for regular problems. Regular Infrastructure reports, Uptime, Downtime reports.
– Daily Monitoring of the systems.
· Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
· Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
· Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
· Setting up accounts for new users.
· Testing new technology.
· Possibly training more junior staff members.
Spoken English : Excellent Level.
Spoken Japanese : Excellent Level
Responsibilities :
1- Remote Service Desk Services
–
· Answer/ respond to end user’s issues via phone, email, or ticketing system
· Trouble shot and resolve issues according to SLA and by following defined escalation path when needed.
· Creating and maintaining operation run books.
2- Operation Services
· Routing monitoring of servers and meraki device health
· Monitoring server backups
· In case of alerts in monitoring, raise a ticket so that issue can be resolved.
· Creating and maintaining operation run books
3- It Assets Services
· Keep record of It Assets(PCs,Printers, I phones, iPads and Accessories) and notify it to central IT .
· Monthly reporting of inventory status and recommendations for procurement
4- Service Delivery Management Service
· Management incident and service request to meet agreed SLA
· Participate in weekly operation meetings
· Monthly Reporting on how services are delivered and recommendations for improvement.
