Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
– Majorly responsible for end to end recruitment activities under the supervision of HR Manager
– Handling the recruitment activities from:
– Would be responsible & will get an exposure of post hiring activities On boarding, Orientation &
Induction
– Implementing & oversees policies, procedures and compliance relating to employees within the
organization
– Implement & oversees programs related to employee benefits and initiatives
Candidate must have:
– Excellent knowledge of Recruiting & sourcing, conducting interviews & selection procedures
– Fine understanding of hiring for all positions within an organization from Entry, I
intermediate/Experienced level, First, Middle, & Senior/Executive/Top level Management
– Exposure of handling multiple positions at one time & fine knowledge of hiring from multiple
industries
– Interpersonal skills to establish rapport, trust & confidence while conversing with the employees
& clients
– Must be passionate to learn and perform in order to bolster personality
Eligibility:
– Minimum 3 years of relevant recruitment experience is required (Depending upon key roles & responsibilities mentioned above)
– Post-Graduation in HR stream (Regular, degree) would be an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
