Requirements
Minimum of 1-5 years experience in IT recruiting for US Process.
Proven track record in staffing all levels of IT positions.
Source, Screen and Submit potential candidates to the DeliveryManagers or Team leads.
Through knowledge of the entire recruiting life cycle.
Strong communication, organizational, evaluation, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge with various levels & roles and associated technologies.
Strong organizational skills required and ability to multi taskcritical functions.
Good negotiating skills coupled with ability to close offers withcandidates.
Should be comfortable working in Night Shifts.
