What you will learn and contribute to
Through constant learning, discovery and collaboration, you’ll help Nokia business team deliver on their mission-critical priorities. In this role, you will be responsible to:
Work with the business and IT teams, to analyse and evaluate requirements, build technical requirements in line with the Atlassian solution vision and architecture. Make technical proposals in line with best practices, develop, test and deliver solutions based on Atlassian products, with complex workflows and automations.
Evaluate marketplace apps. Define best practices, test cases, execute tests. Support end-user in usage of these Atlassian apps. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the entire Atlassian suite of products
Contribute to Design, Development and deliveries of integration of Atlassian products with other applications in the Nokia landscape (for instance, Salesforce, ServiceNow, DoorsNG, etc). Good understanding of Integration-as-a-Service solutions (e.g. WebMethods).
Ability to support architecture and deployment of self-managed Atlassian Applications (data center and server) to public Cloud environment – mainly with Google Cloud and/or AWS deployment experience. Skills to implement automations
Prepare and maintan technical documentation, KB articles, best practices and user-guides including complex runbooks to ensure proper execution of work.
Follow applicable agile and Project Management practices.
Your skills and experience
You have:
Master’s or five-year degree in Computer Science, Information Management or equivalent discipline.
Three years or more in Atlassian products solution administration and solution delivery – in particular JIRA and Confluence. Atlassian certifications are preferred.
Three years or more in R&D domain, including strong exposure to the R&D technical environment, processes & tools
Good understanding of R&D business processes and the way these processes are supported on Atlassian applications. Examples of processes: Portfolio Management, Backlog and Release Management, Requirements Management, Test Management, Defect and Incident Management, etc.
Experience to work following Agile practices, frameworks (Scrum) and principles.
Extensive Technical experience with Atlassian applications and eco-system applications – in particular with self-managed datacenter products and with usage of these solutions at enterprise/large scale.
Understanding of various automation tools for developing CI/CD pipelines
Proficiency in Groovy and Java
Exposure to GCP, AWS cloud technologies is an added value.
Experience w Docker, Kubernetes, Monitoring tools is an added value.
Good knowledge of SQL DBs, scripts and JIRA DB Schemas and data analytics.
Product mindset, design thinking, analytical skills, and engineering background to deliver impactful solutions to internal customers
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a dynamic environment
Eager to learn and expand domain of knowledge
Ability to manage multiple requests and deliverables at any given time through effective time-management and planning
