Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Source relevant candidate CVs from various sources
2. Conduct initial telephonic screening in order to assess the candidates on various parameters
3. Schedule interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.
4. Maintain timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database
5. Generate leads from conversations with candidates
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Graduate or Post graduate in any discipline with 2-5 years of relevant experience
2. Excellent written and oral (phone) communication skills
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong networks
4. Self-confidence combined with openness to learning and applying new skills and concepts
5. Ability to understand new technical terminology and concepts
6. High level of initiative, strong drive to succeed
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹900,000.00 per year
