WHAT’S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT?
This role is responsible for coordinating key support to the PMO team across a variety of IT & Tech focused projects and tasks to ensure the unit functions efficiently.
HERE’S YOUR ROLE BROKEN DOWN (NOT ALL OF IT, JUST THE MOST IMPORTANT STUFF)
Work closely with the Program Manager – IT & Technology to provide essential daily support for business operations
Provide accurate analysis and project reviews to feed into business-wide futureproofing of operational decisions
Assist in the coordination of key projects, including building a schedule plan and allocating priorities to key tasks and cost tracking
Understand the need for and drive best practice for all operational work and all team administration
Develop strong relationships with internal divisions and stakeholders to improve performance and avoid any repetition or disruption in workflows
Consider new methods to present and deliver support documentation to the Operations team and wider business
Update Jira project tracking tool.
Assist with the tracking and presentation of KPIs
Other relevant duties as delegated
DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS?
Planning and organisation:
Exceptional organisational skills
Ability to set goals and timetables to maximise productivity and efficiency
Must be adaptable and capable of switching to focus on high priority projects at relatively short notice
Knowledge and experience using Jira, Confluence, Power BI and content management systems would be an advantage
Excellent attention to detail:
Outstanding written and verbal skills required
Proficient in Office 365 including Excel, Powerpoint and Word
Ability to ensure accurate delivery of clear and concise information to a number of individuals
Must be self-sufficient and pro-active
Communicating with impact:
Previous experience of working in an IT or Technology team
Ability to present information to a high standard using a variety of written, verbal and presentation techniques
Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain essential relationships with key internal stakeholders
Creativity and innovation:
Questions conventional approaches and encourages new ideas and innovations
Understand workflows and process, while suggesting improvements
Understand and interest in sport
Drive and energy:
