Webhelp has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and collaborative Global HR Systems Administrator to join our welcoming team. This full-time systems administration role is based in Gurugram, India and comes with a favourable salary and some excellent benefits.
As a flexible Global HR Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for system configuration and administration.
In your first few weeks in this HRIS administrator role, you can expect to:
Participate in system configuration as defined by the Global HRIS Project team
Ensure improvements and change request implementation
Ensure global set-up maintenance and update according to the setup defined and in relation to other impacted departments
Contribute to data repositories maintenance according to regions/global needs
Communicate all relevant information to regional support
You will need to know HR practices and processes, including time and labour, absence management and payroll processes. You will also require expertise in SQL or Fast Formula (specific to Oracle) and OTL (time and labour configuration). In addition, you should have previous experience on ORACLE HCM, excellent problem-solving skills and a logical and analytical mind. Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is also essential, and knowledge of OTIBI / BI is desirable.
