Brief Description:
We are looking for a Manager Sales cum business development to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level in global market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting a service sales strategy The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities:
Ownership of Year-on-Year and quarterly sales targets to enhance revenue & introduce new clients.
End-to-end responsibility for new business development and account creation and account mining.
Pursuits (Creation of Interest, delivering compelling plans & approach towards win).
Account Development / Mining.
Develop long-term, impressive Clientele and multi-year revenue streams across global market.
Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
Assists in development of sales plan, prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the leadership team.
Build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals.
Work collaboratively across teams – including Engineering, Product and Marketing.
Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives.
Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
Desired Skills, Competencies and Education:
BE/ B. Tech from premier institute and 7plus year experience in Global Software & IT services domain market.
Must have hands on experience and proven successes in Lead Generation for IT / Digital Services organization in USA is a MUST.
Should have hands-on experience in selling Digital & IT services in international market.
Ability and experience to get connected at C Level management of Client Organizations.
Must have good IT / Digital market understanding and connects.
Ability to get started quickly with possible quick wins at mid-sized and larger clients in international market.
Ability and experience of having impressive pitching and positioning at CXO / VP level.
Ability and experience of having impressive account mining and revenue growth.
Should be capable of achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
Must have sound knowledge in Digital Technologies / IT solutions.
Must achieved impressive revenue / Client wins in past 5 years.
Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Strong leadership and team building skills.
