The Role
H1 is looking for an experienced and strongly motivated Systems Administrator to help us as we grow our IT organization globally. The Systems Administrator will be focused on supporting our suite of collaboration tools. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management and improvements to the tools that our teams use to communicate and stay productive. You should have a solid understanding of Google Workspace, OKta, BetterCloud, Slack, Jamf and several other modern collaboration tools.

What You’ll Do at H1
Support IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
Build and maintain detailed and accurate documentation around our processes and workflows
Deploy, manage and troubleshoot Macbook and Windows machines across the organization using JAMF and Kaseya
Administration and Integrations of Applications and Users in Okta to ensure consistent user access, automation, provisioning, etc.
Provide direct user support by handling service desk escalations.
Implement automation and workflows in Better Cloud to improve our on boarding and offboarding process
Requirements
Degree in Information Technology (or related field) and a minimum of 5 years IT experience
Expert-level knowledge of JAMF & Google Workspace Administration
Expert level experience supporting cloud-based and SaaS applications, including Slack, BetterCloud, Jamf, Atlassian, AWS, Meraki, etc.
Experience automating device deployment and administration tasks
Experience providing technical support to a remote user bases
Experience administering mobile device management (MDM) solutions; JAMF, Kaseya, etc.
Experience in a startup environment, ideally in healthcare, education, or similarly regulated industry
