Position Overview
A revolution cannot be done alone, and we need the best and brightest talent to continue our growth into the new modern workplace. We are looking to expand our team by hiring a IT Support Engineer who is ready to make the role their own and bring their own ideas and innovations to the table. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Technology, you will be supporting our Enterprise Technology team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with system administrators to prevent system downtime
Ensure customer satisfaction and perform quality work on all services requests
Answering/Troubleshooting on technical queries and dealing clients via calls, chats and Emails.
Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows and applications problems to help minimize downtime
Install, upgrade and troubleshooting of Accounting/Tax software such as QuickBooks etc.
Managing user accounts on Servers/Domain.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Terminal Servers
Familiar with Client/Server Architecture
Need to reply support tickets or route to the respective team.
Troubleshooting as per preliminary guidelines to resolve the issue.
Deployment of service releases, patches, requests and customization.
About You
Basic Qualifications
2 -4 years of experience
BS/BA degree in Engineering or related field or Qualifying Work Exp
Knowledge of windows server and virtualization
Microsoft Azure Administration
Cybersecurity training
Excellent knowledge of Windows troubleshooting, Office 365 Suite
SharePoint Administration
Basic knowledge in Networking (TCP/IP, DNS) /Database
Exposure to Cloud computing
Asset Management
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Strong customer focus & multi-tasking skills
Self-starter who is excited about technology
Troubleshooting / Support experience
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Intune implementation and administration
Microsoft Data Factory / PowerBI
DBA experience
HubSpot/CRM support
ISO 2700 & 9001
