We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Sales professionals who
pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service
and provide creative solutions to our guests. Responsibilities include developing the ecommerce platform, connecting with key business executives and partners. Account Managers liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs. Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with clients.
As a Sales Executive you are responsible to implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in your specific area of responsibility under the general guidance and supervision. The role involves generating and maintaining customers of defined accounts and areas through sales activities like face to face sales calls, telephone calls or entertainment and will include key responsibilities such as:
Must have successfully worked on generating web, Mobile, and SEO international business
Revenue Generation for the company in the following verticals i.e. Website Sales, Mobile application, Digital Marketing, etc.
Scope discussion and preparing proposals basis the requirements by analyzing RFP
Strong business acumen for achieving monthly targets and maintaining project pipeline.
New Business Development(mainly international sales) for web design, SEO, Websites, Social Media, etc.
Must have selling experience of SEO/SMO/PPC/Online marketing services for the international market(US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
Good understanding of internet marketing services.
Identifies and proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring new opportunities.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Will be responsible for lead generation through telephone & personal meetings etc.
Managing complete sales cycle from lead generation till closure.
Responsible for business development through sales.
Meeting, presenting, counselling, convincing & relationship management.
Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Take ownership of entire sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting new business opportunities through cold calling, contacting and closing new deals through established networks, relationships and independent research, pitching, contract negotiation process, dealing with margins, discounts/offers, payment collections, ensure timely renewal of the assigned accounts and other critical elements.
Provide market and merchant feedback on a daily basis to the management.
Achieve set targets month on month as assigned by the Team Head.
Prepare and submit daily sales report to the Team Head.
Keep registry of partners and update contact list.
Required Skills
Should be a graduate with minimum 2+ years of experience in IT / Mobile / Technical sales.
Experienced in selling web designing services .
Experienced in selling Digital Marketing Services.
Candidate should be good in English and local language communication
You’re comfortable working for targets, achieve them consistently month on month; and have the ability to work well under pressure.
You have strong consulting, negotiation and hunting skills, good communication and networking skills.
You have the right balance of coach-ability and confidence; and are excited about the opportunity to further develop your consultative sales skills.
You have a natural flair/passion for sales.
You have excellent time management, organization and interpersonal skills; and be able to manage cross-functional collaboration to drive incremental revenue (i.e., through cross-sell/up-sell), enhance the customer proposition, broaden the customer base and deepen the knowledge of the customer.
Professional appearance and presentation are a must.
You’re adaptable and can think on your feet; when faced with new challenges or tough conversations-you face them head-on.
You’re comfortable in an ever-changing competitive environment, with an ambition to learn and grow.
You’re an outgoing personality with a great sense of humor, curious about people, local businesses and possess an innate ability to inspire passion in others.
UAE driving license will be an added advantage.
