Develop value add solutions, prepare bill of materials (BOMs), provide solution documentation, present solutions to customers, prepare proposals including RFI/RFQ/RFP’s Response to RFI/RFP/RFQ. Experience: • 10-15 years of IT delivery operations • IT Infrastructure management with level 1 & level 2 support technology support • Relevant working experience of 7 years in management Job Description: • Delivering excellent customer service to all employees, ensuring a positive IT experience • Managing and leading IT infrastructure services for Network, Security, Server, AD and Exchange • Effectively managing operation, Team Management, Service Desk Support, Service Monitoring & Control, System Administration • Knowledge of OS, MAC OS, Registry, Drivers, Software configuration • Knowledge of DLP, Big Fix, SCCM, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange server • Good knowledge of hardware, Desktop, Laptop & software, Thin client. • Worked on UAT on Hardware & Application as per business requirement • Experience to handle AMC base projects • To ensure that the Ongoing Service Delivery & Support meet Customer SLA • Involved in IT budgeting, Hardware Inventory management, Vendor Management, Client relation management. IT Technical Skills: • Windows Operating Systems, Server administration • Awareness of Data Recovery tools, Backup, Storage and Network infrastructure • Active Directory and Domain controller awareness • Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Laptop, Desktop and Hardware configuration and management • Level 1 Desktop, Laptop and end user ticket support for VP and above users Operations Management Skills: • Driving ITIL processes – Incident, Change, problem and Knowledge management • Presentation skillset on MS PowerPoint, MS Visio • Advance skills on Excel and metrics oriented • People Management
