5C Network is looking for a qualified Helpdesk agent to manage client service after-sales support. Available to handle clients’ and doctor’s calls, and WhatsApp communication. You will create policies and procedures and oversee the client service provided. The Helpdesk agent will be responsible for each client call and WhatsApp messages are responded to within SLA. To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as sounding professional.

Helpdesk Executive Requirements:
Handling all incoming calls and WhatsApp chats from clients and doctors.
Understanding the requirement and raising a ticket and tagging them to the right
department
Email tickets have to be validated and tagged to respective agents/departments based on subject
Maintain a healthy relationship with clients and doctors to avoid escalation
Work closely with sales, Tech, and Quality team to ensure smooth function of day-to-day activities
Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team and need to be a good
team player.
Helpdesk Executive Requirements:
Any bachelor’s degree
Freshers or 1/2 years of experience
Should have professional fluency in Hindi and all South Indian languages apart from English.
Excellent interpersonal and written, and oral communication skills
Ability to take the workloads and pressure
Experienced candidate should have knowledge of ticketing systems and Computer
skills
Knowledge in mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable
6 working days and 1 week off
Rotational shift and rotational week off
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
