The Ideal Candidate will have: –
2-4 years of industry experience into Recruitment or Sales
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability towards exceeding revenue targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients, profitability etc.
Ability to manage clients and set expectations in most aspects of the recruitment process.
Develop sourcing strategies, conduct market mapping, and build talent pools and a candidate pipeline for current and future recruitment needs whilst providing specialist insight to clients.
Familiar with applicant tracking systems, updating records and information ensuring system integrity and accuracy of client reporting and analytics.
Ready to work in US shifts.
