Job Responsibilities:
2 5 years of experience in US IT Bench sales recruitment Demonstrated experience in marketing and placement of consultants, and vendor network management Should be able to coordinate with recruitment team, gather the information about the leads which they couldn’t place, and convence the leads to get marketed through company Must be willing to work on the night-shift (U.S hours) Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision Experienced with a full cycle of Sales, submitting the consultants, confirming the best rates for consultants, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals Ability to interact, develop a Vendor network, and get candidates placed in quick turnaround time Experience working with U.S. citizens, G.C., H1B, EAD, and OPT preferred. Gathering requirements for consultants from Tier-1 Vendors of clients, Job portals, and other Networking techniques Submitting the candidates for the suitable positions and following up regarding the rates and client interviews Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports, and update them. Excellent negotiation skills Hands-on Experience of Job Portal searches likes Monster, Career Builder, Dice, LinkedIn etc. Knowledge of Corp-to-Corp, 1099, W2 preferred Build, train and mentor the bench sales recruiters’ team Do motivational talk and share strategies with bench sales recruiters on placements of candidates in quick turnaround time. Understand complex technical requirements articulated by direct clients and end-clients and elucidate on the same to the bench sales recruitment team Review and set realistic but challenging performance targets for both team and individual, especially related to closures and submissions Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills. Should have excellent organizational skills Can-Do and Will-Do attitude Well-versed with bench consultant marketing techniques. Understands current I.T. technologies at a very high level aggressive and unconquerable will to succeed Working on requirements is an added advantage
