Job Description:
· Must have strong end-to-end US IT recruitment experience.
· Strong Experience with search criteria available in Job Boards like Prohires, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, TechFetch, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder etc.
· Make job postings across various Job Portals. Must be well versed with US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099 etc.
· Responsible for scheduling Interviews, negotiation and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
· Responsible for understanding client requirements and mapping relevant targets.
· Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature.
· Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to find common ground in negotiations.
· Have a knack for learning and staying up-to-date with new technologies
