Responsibilities
1. Attend service calls.
2. Developing and maintain the better relationship with all existing customer to meet the schedule and required a response through the better Service
3. The device includes both a hardware and software component and this position would be responsible for supporting both aspects from a technical operation and from a end-user function standpoint.
4. Answers client and customer questions.
5. Addresses and resolves any issues and complaints.
6. Reports problems and unresolved issues to manager or director.
7. Writes up reports of client and customer activity or complaints.
8. Presents reports to company director or manager.
9. Devises ways to improve customer service and client relationships.
Education/Experience
· BSc/MSc/BPharm/M.Pharm/PharmD/BSc MLT/Nursing/Bio-Medical Engineer
· Experience in Medical Device Industry preferable.
· Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills.
· Possesses detailed knowledge of company goals, products, and services.
· Exhibits strong organizational skills.
· Exhibit ability to think creatively and analytically.
· Demonstrates strong leadership skills.
· Is capable of remaining patient and calm when dealing with frustrated customers or clients.
· Works well with a team.
· Demonstrates ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.
· Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
