Job Purpose :
The incumbent will be required to ensure upkeep of End User services & meeting business SLA’s, Vendor liaison & coordination. Also responsible to record all IMAC (Installation, Movement, Addition & Change) activities, maintain all documentation and follow change/release process.
Technical Skills – Mandatory Skills:
Knowledge of Windows OS, MAC IOS, Active Directory, SCCM, Antivirus, DLP, Collaboration Software and other end user computing device Technologies.
Responsible for ensuring calls closure & meeting business SLA’s
Roll out of Asset life cycle
Responsible for adhering to the IMAC processes
Co-ordinate with vendors and central support teams to ensure all calls/incidents are closed within stipulated SLA
Responsible for ensuring incidents are properly resolved and these incidents are resolved/closed in the tool as per the incident management process
