GTRF facilitates USD740 billion of trade annually and our geographic footprint provides us with access to 90 per cent of all global trade flows. Our guarantees are widely accepted by Financial institutions, corporates and State Owned Enterprises across the globe. In addition to traditional trade, HSBC has the expertise to structure complex trade transactions across commodities, Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and working capital optimisation. HSBC facilitates both sides of 80 per cent of Letters of Credit transactions, resulting in competitive pricing, standardised processing and simplified counterparty risk for our clients.
Responsibilities
The Technology Service Management Service Quality job is responsible for managing the embedding of Technology Service Management disciplines into the day-to-day activities of the Technology teams (success being delivering 100% availability of service and no repeat incidents), ensuring HSBC best practice is followed during all phases of the product lifecycle (with significant focus on the run phase).
The job aims to increase the likelihood of products being designed and built which can effectively operate/run, and drive adherence to operability standards and controls, ultimately driving a proactive approach to Continual Service Improvement.
This role will carry out some or all of the following activities:
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Candidate must be an Engineering Graduate
Associate to have minimum of 15 years of experience.
Demonstrable experience of having co-ordinated a large number of projects in medium to large software delivery environments.
Demonstrable experience of having past experience on Service Quality Management.
Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
Effective communication to team members and to senior stakeholders.
Team Leadership, experience of managing a team
High levels of enthusiasm and a desire to deliver the best quality products possible along with maintaining very high service levels.
Strong Excel skills
Process Improvement capability
