Windows / VMware Administration
OS Troubleshooting, Performance Counters, Disk Administration
VMware / ESX Infrastructure – Administration and Troubleshooting
Windows server patching and Vulnerability remediation
Knowledge on Storage – SAN / NAS and Networking
PowerShell scripting mandatory
Knowledge of Active Directory
NetBackup’s, Antivirus agent Troubleshooting
Perform Start/End of Day checklist and produce SOD/EOD reports
Monitor Service Management mailbox
Identifies and maintains a key stakeholder list
Look for opportunities to improve Service management process
Ensure Service quality is maintained
Ensure Housekeeping activities are processed as per plan
Ensure best practices are implemented in all BluePrism environments/instances
Ensure to drive the service recovery as per Require Time Objective
Ensure all outage/degrade incidents have RCA completed
Ensure the remediation action as an output of RCA to be implemented and check the feasibility of
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Windows / VMware Administration, Technical Degree preferred
Proficient in Windows Server 2012/2016/2019

Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to learn and adapt to change quickly and easily
Proactive attitude, ability to work independently and a desire to continuously learn new skills and
