Providing product demos.

Helping customers in successful product implementation.
The ideal candidate for this profile
Should offer support through email, phone calls, and web meetings. This requires good writing skills, besides excellent oral communication skills.
Our customer base (B-2-B) is global. Should be willing to work in different shifts for different geographies.
Should take complete ownership and be willing to ensure that the customer/prospect gets the needed assistance at the quickest possible time.
2-10 years of experience in technical support in B-2-B software product companies or companies that handle software product support. (Those having experience in other domains, kindly excuse).
Should love working at a startup – enjoying the craziness and chaos! (This is very important).
