Mandatory
1. Experience in recruitment.
2. Good experience in using job portals.
3. Experience in taking initial telephonic
interviews.
4. Have used job portals.
5. Basic knowledge in MS Office.
6. Knowledge in recruitment through social media including sites like Facebook, LinkedIn etc is preferred.
7. Experience in IT recruitment.
Other Skills
1. Clear verbal communication (English,
Bengali and Hindi) and documentation
ability (English).
2. Good understanding, explaining and
convincing ability.
