JD-Team Leader
Qualification – Graduate/ Polytechnic Diploma
Experience – 4 to 5 years of Experience in technical support and leading a team of engineers
Job Description –
1. Train, deploy IT Sources in their region, handhold, track in and out time and maintain record
2. Maintaining status of tickets raised and closed and keeping track of IT Support Log sheet
3. Make sure ticket raised has been closed in minimum duration with end user satisfaction
4. Coordinate with ISPs for WAN
5. Managing the day-to-day prioritization and co-ordination of tasks within the IT Support team, delegating appropriately in line with staff skills and experience
6. Coordinating for asset handover and asset issue with Asset Manager
7. Proactively seek out new and innovative solutions to deliver efficient and cost-effective systems.
8. Report the update ticket status in given format of each location, zone to Project Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
