Job Description
As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above.
Be involved in the financial metrics.
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.
Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen.
Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
Adherence to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management and problem management.
Develop new skills and strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
Assist in the management and delivering of large projects.
Train, coach, and supervise staff to recognize their strengths and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues.
Continue to develop internal relationships and the PwC brand.

Within our global, Managed Services platform, we provide Application Evolution Services (formerly Application Managed Services), where we focus more so on the evolution of our clients’ applications and cloud portfolio. Our focus is to empower our client’s to navigate and capture the value of their application portfolio while cost-effectively operating and protecting their solutions. We do this so that our clients can focus on what matters most to your business: accelerating growth that is dynamic, efficient and cost-effective.
As a member of our Application Evolution Services (AES) team, we are looking for candidates who thrive working in a high-paced work environment capable of working on a mix of critical Application Evolution Service offerings and engagement including help desk support, enhancement and optimization work, as well as strategic roadmap and advisory level work. It will also be key to lend experience and effort in helping win and support customer engagements from not only a technical perspective, but also a relationship perspective.
Required Skills
7+ years of SALESFORCE experience. Overall 15+ IT experience.
Should have strong technical skills in Salesforce to provide solution architecture, design trade-offs, and ability to decipher design choices.
Ability to provide technical leadership setting best practices including quality of design, implementation, maintenance, and support.
Extensive experience in Force.com platform using Apex, Lightning and LWC
Solid Implementation experience using Sales / Service / Custom cloud.
Solid experience in Web services, REST API and implementing common integration patterns between Force.com, ERP and CRM systems.
Should have strong experience in working with middleware that supports Salesforce platforms like Mulesoft, Boomi, Informatica, Tibco, and Fusion middleware.
Ability to define Data migration strategies considering data volumes, external environments and migration approach.
Ability to address security complexities, and design solutions aligning with Salesforce security models.
Should have managed multi environments, multi regions complex project implementations and therefore able to define environmental and deployment strategies.
Experience in working with SLDS, HTML, CSS, Ajax, JavaScript, jQuery
Experience in working with board range of emerging Salesforce products – B2B Commerce, Tableau CRM ,CG Cloud, MFG Cloud, Loyalty cloud and Slack
Should have good exposure to working prominent AppExchange products aligned to different industries.
Good experience with proposal activities like RFI/RFP analysis, RAID analysis, resource and effort estimation for Salesforce projects.
Extensive experience managing and delivering multiple projects using Agile Methodology
Hands-on Experience with Vlocity platform capabilities, including Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Matrices and Procedures, Omni Scripts , Flex cards & Vlocity Data Model.
Experience with system integrations involving Salesforce.com web services (JSON, SOAP), REST, XML, as well as Vlocity Integration Procedure.
Experience with CI/CD Tooling (git, gitlab, Jenkins, BitBucket, Jira) in a SalesForce environment
At least one full implementation cycle of experience on a Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) project and demonstrated experience using Omnistudio / Vlocity Interaction Platform tools like Flex Cards Framework, Omni Scripts, Data Raptor (ETL), Calculation Procedures and Integration Procedure
5+ years of hands-on experience within the Salesforce Sales, Service and Vlocity ecosystem
Hands-on experience in Salesforce platform using APEX, Process builders, flows
Hands-on experience on Lightning Web components
Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform (Service/Sales/Communities) Apex, VisualForce, Lightning, object configuration, Classes, Controllers, Triggers, Data Loader, AppExchange, Web Services, Components, Custom Objects, Workflows & Approvals, Dashboards, Reports, Analytic Snapshots, etc
Preferred Skills
Able to run practice initiatives and enable capabilities within the Salesforce practice
Good experience in articulating Point of Values and defining Go-to market solution
Review releases from Salesforce on regular basis to determine new features that are appropriate for end users
Define and develop and follow best practices in salesforce
Able to handle data management inclusive of data load, data translation, data hygiene, data migration and integration.
Proven ability to look at technical processes from a strategic standpoint and understand the inter-relationships.
Recommend to team members or customers the appropriate and optimal use/configuration of a custom build solution.
Familiarity building custom solutions on: Oracle, MS-SQL Server, or other RDMS.
Proven track record of writing, interpreting, and managing deliverables of a consulting engagement.
Awareness of the changing Cloud ecosystem and adjust to new technologies, methods and apps.
Strong communication skills and negotiation skills, conflict resolution
Possess advance Salesforce certifications and Certified as Scrum Master
Nice to have Vlocity CPQ Developer ( Industries CPQ Developer )
Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Order Management (OM).
Subject matter expert for all Saleforce.com/Vlocity product offerings and solutions and provide guidance to the Development team on the best use of OOB Salesforce/Vlocity products.
Knowledge and experience in Core Vlocity platform (CMT, INS, PubSec), OmniScript, DataRaptor, Actions, Salesforce and Vlocity Certification preferred
Experience using versioning control/continuous integrations tools such as Jenkins, ANT, git Expert knowledge in JIRA & Confluence tools
Experience in Vlocity Industry Insurance Solution
Salesforce platform developer certification (Must)
Salesforce Certified Omnistudio Developer (Must)
