We are looking for experienced Executive Assistant to the Director of an IT Solutions company. Candidate should have a strong sense of ownership, maturity, ability to work under high pressure, maintain discretion & confidentiality, hands-on in getting the job done, integrity, long term loyalty, high-growth enablers and eventually decision makers, to be a part of an organization where learning is expected as a culture.
Job Responsibilities
Must follow instruction from Chairman/ Management and have ability to understand those instructions with little or no follow up.
Prepare MoM, reports, trackers, cataloguing and distributing information, presentations for business aid, track timelines with partners, stakeholders and clients, assist with research.
Scheduling meetings, travel plans, billing, and have terrific organizational skills.
Revert to all business-related emails of Chairman, transcribing notes, faxing, copying, and creating spreadsheets or printing documents figure heavily.
Support in Business Intelligence, Correspondence and Business Coordination.
Assist in strategy meetings, analyse various data & present to Management & stakeholders.
Serve as first line of communication between the inside and the outside world, potentially speaking with clients, upper management and other employees.
Coordinate with internal teams with regards to business.
Plans and directs all administrative, financial, and operational activities for Chairman/ Management.
Screening, researching, and managing correspondence, messages, telephone calls, and visitors; preventing interruptions and resolving issues.
Works on multiple priority activities concurrently that require considerable coordination and follow through, to meet deadlines and requests.
Recording the minutes of the meeting with clear emphasis on the key action points from the meeting.
Carries out and researches requests with little direction and presents findings in a timely manner.
Will play a crucial role, as a facilitator between India and international offices & businesses.
Job Requirements
Graduate or MBA with strong understanding of Finance or similar.
2-3 years of experience in C-level assistance preferably in IT industry.
Attention to detail and very high work ethics.
Result orientation and highly positive attitude.
Highest level of People/Interpersonal Skills.
Some who can deal with ambiguity, rapid moving boss, including fast changing ideas of boss.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Exceptional organizational and time management skillsGood listener with Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Extremely good at PR, social media, administration skills and similar.
Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines.
